SPONSORSHIP, TRIBUTE BOOK & REGISTRATION FORM
H.D. Buttercup cordially invites you to FLY, a special evening to benefit The Miracle Project as they Celebrate the CD release of FLY: Into the World of Autism & the Award-Winning HBO Documentary, AUTISM: THE MUSICAL.
Janet Grillo and Kristen & Stephen Stills will be honored during the VIP Reception. FLY takes place at H.D. Buttercup, 3224 Helms Avenue, Los Angeles, on Thursday, April 3, 2008. VIP Reception, 6:30pm-8pm and general admission, 8pm-11pm. The evening will include food, drinks, silent auction, performance by Lez Zeppelin and special guests.
